HOW TO MEASURE THE WAIST?

To measure your waist, you want to find the narrowest part of your waist, located above your belly button and below your rib cage.

HOW TO MEASURE THE HIPS?

Stand with your feet hip width apart and place the tape measure around your hips at the widest point.(usually around the seat). Be sure to go over your buttocks as well.

HOW TO MEASURE THE BUST?

Place one end of the tape measure at the fullest part of your bust and wrap it around your body to get the measurement (total circumference).
